Since it was founded 30 years ago, the “Musikherbst am Wilden Kaiser” has become one of the most influential musical events in the Alpine region.
Every year the event attracted over 10,000 music fans from all over Europe. The festival took place over several days in a large festival tent at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser in Ellmau. Greats like Hansi Hinterseer, Howard Carpendale and Maite Kelly created a unique atmosphere. Their rousing performances had the crowd cheering.
With an average stay of four nights, we as organizers of the event generated over 10 million euros in added value for the entire area in just eight days. The festival was not only a musical but also an economic highlight for the region.
The “Musikherbst am Wilden Kaiser” took place for the last time after 30 years in 2023.
