The complex has a total of 348 apartments and is part of the 'Kinderlandhotels Bayern' (Bavarian Children's Hotels). There are 5 individual buildings which together give the impression of a small village. There is a welcoming hotel lobby with reception and sports shop and meals are taken in the main building. If you want to enjoy a cool drink in the summer sunshine, there is a bistro with sun terrace and beer garden.

On Saturday evening each guest receives a Magic Mountains Card which acts as an identity card for free-of-charge use of the Magic Mountains facilities, as a deposit when taking out sporting equipment (equipment subject to availability) and as a Club Card enabling free-of-charge participation in Club activities.
